Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) Can Sliced Pineapple in Juice
- 2 (4 serving) Packages Vanilla Pudding
- 10 Maraschino Cherry Halves
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup OIl
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice
- Arrange slices in a 9 x 13 pan
- Place cherry hales in the center of each
- Combine 1 package of pudding mix and pineapple juice, and pour over the pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar
- Combine cake mix, 1 package pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large mixing bowl.
- Blend at medium speed for 4 minutes and pour into the pan
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes
- Invert onto a platter and let stand for 1 minute, then remove the pan
