Ingredients
- 1 Pound Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 Pint Light Karo Syrup
- Dark Chocolate/Semi-Sweet Chips
- Shortening
Directions
- Mix together the coconut and syrup and roll to make either balls or eggs
- Freeze to help with coating in chocolate
- Melt the chocolate and shortening on the stove
- Dip balls/eggs in chocolate and refrigerate to set
