Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2/3 Cups Pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 Cup Flour
FILLING
- 1 (8 oz) Package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) Tub Whipped Cream, thawed
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Grease and line a cookie sheet with wax paper
- Mix all ingredients and bake for 15 minutes
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on a terry towel
- Lift the log onto a towel and roll up, and let it cool
- Mix all filling ingredients and spread the mixture onto the cooled log and refrigerate
