Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 Pounds) Chuck Roast
- 1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 Package Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine, cut into chunks
- 4-5 Whole Pepperoncini Peppers
- 2-3 Tablespoons Pepperoncini Juice
Directions
- In a large slow cooker, place the chuck roast in the bottom
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy over the top of the roast. Place pats of butter and pepperoncinis on top of the roast
- Add the pepperoncini juice to the roast
- Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
- When done, remove the stems from the pepperoncinis
- Shred the beef and the peppers
- Stir the contents of the slow cooker to mix together and serve
